1. Write a prompt describing the workflow
   Aim for 3–4 sentences or a structured outline. Include:

• Phases or stages – Identify the key stages of the workflow (e.g. “Request Submission”, “Manager Review”, “Final Approval”).
• Tasks within each phase – Describe the main actions taken in each stage. You can also include the role responsible (e.g. “HR team verifies documents”).
• Start and end points – Clearly define where the process begins and ends. For example, “Workflow begins when a form is submitted and ends when approval is granted.”

2. Make the diagram
   using the written prompt. The AI will convert it into a structured, flowchart-style diagram showing the progression of tasks across phases.

3. Refine the diagram with follow-up prompts
   (requires signing into Eraser). You can add missing steps, rename items, or clarify task descriptions.

4. Manually adjust the layout using GUI tools
   (also requires sign-in). Drag and drop elements to clean up spacing, align nodes, or improve the visual structure.
