Can I use Eraser for free?
Yes, the Free plan is for individuals and small teams who are getting started on Eraser. Free plan teams get a limited number of files and AI credits.
Can I trust my data with Eraser?
Eraser is committed to enterprise-grade security. We are SOC II type 2 certified and annually penetration tested. Reach out to hello@eraser.io to receive security documentation. Additionally Eraser will never use user data for training models. Nor will our LLM API provider OpenAI.
Does Eraser AI provide an API?
Eraser AI does provide an API for generating AI diagrams, available to paid users. You can use our API to create custom integrations, build internal products, or customer-facing products.
Does Eraser provide an MCP server?
Yes. The Eraser MCP server lets an agent create, search, read, update and export diagrams from clients like Claude, Cursor, VS Code and ChatGPT. It is free to use, subject to the AI credit limits of your plan. See the MCP client catalog for setup instructions.
